Sometimes I have to turn the key a few times to the right before the lock will engage/close. Here's a video: https://goo.gl/photos/cri9EkH8E6NHayY89 In the video, I'm turning the key to the right with quite a bit of force, but it's not moving until I try a few times.
@Sarringt I think that's a bad latch. If you pin support@ I can have one queued tomorrow.
How do I do that? Do I just tag @support here?
