The invite never works for my guest


When I send an invite and my guests accept, activate and login to the app, the lock/unlock buttons do not work. The guest hits the button, it spins and gives an error that the battery in the device is low but I’m able to lock/unlock the bolt right there. This has happened to guests using iOS/Android on 2 difference locks at different locations. I run a short stay apartment rental business and bolt doesn’t seem to be doing what you promised. I need help here.


@Kwakut probably best to ask this question over at support. Without more detail it sounds like your phone is blocking the connection if you are there at the same time as your guest.
