Can’t invite new user. Now I can’t login

I set up the lock, was able to lock/unlock the deadbolt. I tried to add a user but it just kept spinning. Quit the app, tried again. No dice. Uninstalled the app, tried to login, now I can’t login - it just says “logging in” and won’t progress. Thought I may have typed the wrong password, tried “forgot password” it said it was sending an email but never did.

Any ideas?

@Mrmagpi what version of the app are you on? Android or iOS?

UPDATE: there was a cert migration issue that should now be resolved. Try to log in again?


Yup all good to go now

Pretty happy with it so far - may go back to target and buy the bridge.

Curious about the upcoming keypad too.
