Support ignoring request for help


I usually wouldn’t had made a public post but after receiving a unit that spins continuously out of the box, I contacted support for help. Susan was very quick to reply that they will send me a new unit. This was on 3rd of Dec. A full month later and despite a weekly reminder email to Lockitron, I’ve yet to see any new units as well as received further response from Lockitron.

Can anyone at Lockitron please help me out? You should had received multiple regular emails from me…


@kaiwei sorry, we’ve been limited on units and most folks were out for the holidays this past month. I’ll follow up via email personally - in the meantime, for other folks who have spinning issues, we recommend taking a look at FAQ on Alignment and Switch Issues - Crowdfunded Lockitron as usually adjusting the switches a little can help.
